We’re constantly reminded of the fast spread of social media, however, really grasping the speed of growth can be difficult. Gary Hayes has developed a flash application (embedded below) with ‘live’ social media statistics, counting online activities as they happen (based on recent statistics). The design is currently being refined, and extra functionalities including weekly, monthly and yearly lookaheads/backs will be added later.
